Frequently Asked Questions

Email instructions are delivered to the email address provided at the time of purchase, typically no later than three (3) days prior to your concert. Please check your spam/junk folder, and if they are not there, please contact us so that we may re-send them.
Arranging an alternate pick-up is not necessary. All we require is that you bring a photocopy of the original purchaser’s ID to display at check-in; or that if you bought the tickets for someone else provide them with a photocopy of your ID.
Generally, VIP Meet and Greet package tickets are will-call only (collect when you arrive at the venue to check-in), except in New York State – please check your order confirmation to confirm your delivery method. Exact pick-up details (time/location) specific to your concert will be included in your VIP M&G email itinerary which are typically sent no later than three (3) days prior to your concert.

Generally, VIP packages that do not include a Meet & Greet i.e a Merch/Ticket bundle, have no delivery restrictions i.e can be shipped (by the venue or ticketing company). Please refer to your order confirmation to re-confirm.

Will-call delivery means that your tickets are available to be picked up at the box office in the venue on the night of the concert. Please be sure to bring a photo ID with you when picking up your tickets.
Please refer back to the page you purchased your VIP package or VIP upgrade package from. That will contain all ticket info (if applicable), merchandise details, and VIP experience information.
A ticketless VIP upgrade package is an add-on to your previously purchased regular tickets. You must present your original tickets to be able to redeem your ticketless VIP upgrade package, since it does not include a ticket to gain entry to the event. If you do not have a separately purchased ticket to the event, you will not be allowed access to the meet and greet.
Merch items are typically available at the venue on the night of your concert; unless otherwise indicated (your fan email itinerary will have specific details).
Photos taken by a tour staff member on their camera are usually uploaded within 7 days of the concert. They are typically uploaded to a link that you will be able to find by referring to your fan email itinerary.

All other types of photo-taking are redeemed on-site (i.e. selfie, photo taken by tour staff on your phone, or photo taken by photo booth).

Please contact the venue that your concert is being held at. Their contact information should be found on your order confirmation; or can typically be found in the about page of their website.
